Deliveries can be made anywhere in France and abroad. It is not possible to send orders to military bases or postal boxes.

- Sending by Colissimo.

- Sending by Colissimo International.

 

The delivery time is given as an indication.

 

You are here to buy the time of a normal delivery time.

 

The delivery time overrun does not give the right to any compensation.

Tracking my order:

 

View the status of your order at any time by going to the "My Orders" section in the "My Account" section.

 

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

 

Withdrawal in shop:

 

View the status of your order at any time by going to the "My Orders" section in the "My Account" section.

 

When your order is available in store, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

 

You have a maximum of 15 days to withdraw your order.

To collect your order, please bring a piece of identification (ID card or passport).

 

Refund:

 

The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to retract and return his order (at its expense) and get a refund.

 

You can make this return, either in the shop or by mail.

 

Thank you to send us an email informing us of your choice of refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

 

No product worn, damaged, washed or unsuitable for its new marketing will be accepted.

 

All items must be returned with their original labels and packaging.

Upon receipt of your return, we will check the condition of the items and we will perform the exchange of size or refund within 30 days.

 Return costs are not supported.

 

Refunds will be made according to the original payment method. If the purchase was made by credit card, it is mandatory to present the receipt and the ticket of the credit card.
