If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has expired, review your mail as it is likely that you received an email notifying you that the order is part of our warehouses.
If you have selected Home Delivery, you have the option of viewing the status of your order under My Orders in the My Account section. If you are not yet registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail and the number of your order.
Remember that during sales or promotions, delivery times may be slightly higher.
- Items received are incorrect or defective
If you have received an item with any defect or other than the one purchased, we will refund the items and the shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and have checked the condition of the clothes.
To make the return, it is essential to fill the delivery note and attach it to your package.
You lost it? Then go to the My Orders section of My Account, select the order and print the 'Return Form'. If you are not yet registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail and the number of your order.

- You have not received all items from my purchase
Check your email to see if we've sent you an email telling you that one of the items included in your order was no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to this item and the shipping costs of your order using the same method of payment as that used at the time of purchase.
If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
